The quintet came to life as Marco received more and more requests to perform at private functions, corporate events and concerts. Surrounded by a wealth of talent in his area of Italy, Marco came into contact with Mauro Giorgeschi, an extraordinary drummer who found an instant empathy with Marco and his style of jazz and musicianship.

Bass player, Giulio Angori, was the obvious choice, with his musicality and fabulous use of chords, which blend perfectly with Marco’s improvisation above.

On the trumpet, Marco’s brother, Francesco Marconi, with his incredible technique and fabulous solos.

Vocals are provided with the velvety smooth voice of soprano Sally Ann Hayes, bringing elegance and refinement to the quintet, singing classic songs from the '30s and '40s by Porter, Gershwin, Berlin and many others...

Occasionally, the quintet is joined by leading saxophone player, Fulvio Falleri, who brings with him a wonderful, deep knowledge of jazz and deliciously smooth tones on his sax.

Performing jazz standards, made famous by Sinatra, Fitzgerald and more recently Bublè, the quintet finds new and exciting ways of developing the chord structures in the music and their own inimitable, classy, elegant style of jazz is heaven to listen to…
